Over 45 years experience in payroll, HR and finance
Aditro has its roots in the beginning of 1960’s when also the whole IT-industry was born. First Aditro payroll and accounting applications were made both in Sweden and Finland by companies who were later merged to Tietotehdas in Finland and Kommundata in Sweden. They both were established in 1968.
The consolidation of the market started in 1980’s and continued strongly in 1990’s. The very important year in Aditro’s history was 1995. In Finland Tietotehdas, Unic and VTKK were merged and Tieto was born. In Sweden a couple of years earlier Kommundata changed its name to Dialog which was acquired by Celsius and in 1995 Enator was born. Tieto had already earlier acquired payroll business in Sweden based on acquisition of Datema in 1987. In 1996-7 Tieto bought in Norway two companies: AXO Systems and Huldt&Lillevik. In 1999 Tieto and Enator was merged into TietoEnator.
This is the ground of today’s Aditro based on successful mergers and acquisitions which has been unified in 2000’s as one Aditro.
