Project & change management
Skilled project management improves efficiency in project implementation. Systematic project management ensures that key tasks are carried out in different project phases to attend to work efficiency and the management of both changes and risks – and monitors that project results are achieved on schedule. Top-notch project management has a major bearing on project success.
Our project management is based on Practical Project Steering (PPS). Typical features of this methodology include:
- systematic, phase-by-phase progress model
- tangible outcomes are defined for all project phases, from planning to implementation and monitoring
- a well-established project management model that includes a steering group, project team and control points from project start-up to completion as well as attending to change management throughout the project
It’s vital to focus on change management from day one so that the new practices created in the project are efficiently deployed in the organisation and all the expected benefits of the change can be achieved. Change management tasks include communications to target groups, eliciting commitment from user groups, providing training on the new practices, collecting feedback, and both measuring and monitoring success. We provide our customers with as much support as they require to satisfy their change management needs – in the largest projects, our customers have taken on an Aditro consultant full-time to handle change management in their organisation.
