- Aditro has great values and house is filled with competences. The corporate focuses on HR, Payroll and Finance, which makes us unique.

What have you worked with before?
Before Aditro I finished my BBA and worked in an accounting company as a book keeper. I also spent a year in Australia where I mainly travelled but also worked temporarily with payroll.

Tell us about your role and work day in Aditro?
I have recently moved to a new team within BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) where I work with payroll software projects. At the moment I work together with both project managers and software consultants.  Earlier, I worked in a HR & Payroll Service team where I participated in various tasks related to the customer and the payroll software. Mostly, I worked with reporting and supported payroll administrators with their duties.

What are your main targets as an Aditro person?
In my work, I want to help in providing customers with effective and value-creating HR and payroll services by making the most of our expertise and software.

Tell us something aboutyour projects in Aditro?
Ihave completed many projects for several customers in various businesssectors, mainly carrying outorganizational analysis andimplementing Aditro’s solutions. This means, in short terms, defining Aditro’s HR system and integrating this with different payroll service systems. By focusing on how the customers can use such solutions to support their own operational tasks and at the same time achieve effective and measurable results, the feedbacks have,  as far as I have experienced, been very positive.

What have youworked with before?
After my studies I worked with sales, consulting, advising and implementing mobile solutions and data systems, organizational analysis and competence building , recruitment and staffing using personality tests , LEAN-management and giving lectures in motivation, marketing and how to start own companies.

- New and challenging projects are always inspirational. I have really enjoyed our team spirit and value my co-workers support on all assignments I have had.

Could you tell us aboutyour current tasks?

Right nowI work with the 2011 year version project of Personec L, one of our main payroll engines. In the project I write requirement specifications for the tasks that are developed – and participate in testing of the developed code that it stands up to the requirements.

What do you value in working for Aditro?

I enjoy the versatility of my work. Often there are new challenges to be met; they could be from customers wanting a new feature we never done before or a new software tool that we are starting to use.

Whatis your biggest challenge?

Being analyst means never loosing track of the requirement and at the same time, as always, trying to think of new and better solutions that should be kept simple and understandable for the end user.
